Cancelation and return
What to do when you have placed an order, but you want to cancel it? Or you ordered a wrong product or diameter, and you want to cancel the order? Here are the steps for this procedure.
All cancelations, returns or swaps must be reported towards Trideus in writing. This is possible via e-mail or letter. To return or cancel an order, it is required that you fill in the withdrawal form and send it with the notification. With you e-mail or letter, you must always include your full name, the invoice number and order number.
To refund already paid orders we need your bank account number. Customers within Europe need to provide us with their IBAN- and BIC/Swift number.
Be aware: the bank account number that your give us for the refund must be the same one that has made the payment. This to prevent fraud.
Trideus holds the right to refund the already paid orders within 14 days after the product or full order was returned to our warehouse. Refunds before receiving the cancelled order are not possible.
Cancelling an order is without costs when it is done before the order was processed. If you inform us in time, we will refund the total amount of the order back.
If you cancel the order after our logistic service has processed and shipped it? The first thing you must do is decline the delivery of the package, so that it will be returned to our warehouse. Once the package is back at our warehouse, our finance department will process the refund of the purchase of the goods. The delivery costs that were paid will not be refunded.
Starting from the day your order is delivered, as a customer you have a 14-day period of right of withdrawal, without reason. Exceptions to this are special assembled products. A return of the product is only possible when the product is not used, and when it is returned in the original, unopened and undamaged package. When returning the goods, it is possible that your return the whole order, or just a part. Do you wish to return the full order? Then you must send the products that you accepted with the delivery back to our warehouse. Once the products are returned, we will start the refunding procedure. The shipping costs for the return are at your expense.
