Polymaker PolyMide CoPa is a high qualitative filament. This plug-and-play material is optimized to print the best results in both 1.75mm and 2.85mm. PolyMide CoPa is a material that is based on nylon, which gives it a high heat deflection, makes it strong and stiff and yet easy to print.
The product designers at Polymaker have optimized these materials, which makes that PolyMide CoPa has minimal warping. The reason is the Warp-Free technology, which comes from the special way of production. The interlayer adhesion is excellent, so that prints made with CoPa get a very strong result when printed.
Heat deflecting Co-Polymer
PolyMide CoPa is a co-polymer nylon (6, 6.6) which combines the best qualities of multiple nylons. This all give PolyMide CoPa a heat deflection temperature of 180°C. In combination with the near to zero warping, PolyMide is a practical engineering filament that has a multitude of solutions to offer in different industries.
Recommended print temperature
1.75mm 250°C - 265°C
2.85mm 250°C - 265°C
Recommended Print speed
40 – 60 mm/s
Recommended printbed temperature
Tips and tricks
To optimize results when printing with PolyMide CoPa, it is best to turn of the fans completely when printing. Also, make sure the retraction speed is the same as your print speed (so between 40 and 60mm/s).
