The execution of these service contracts is done by our partner Distrinova Service Center. They are certified to fulfill all after sales support of the brands we offer.

Premium Contract

The Premium Contract for Raise3D printers is a full-option service, with the best possible comfort included. This contract combines a annual maintenance of your 3D printer on-site, the possibility to SWAP your 3D printer during repairs and an extended warranty, which goes up until maximum 3 years after purchasing your 3D printer. With every maintenance or repair our expert will come on-site. This Premium Contract ensures you of a guaranteed continuity of your professional activities combined with the comfort of on-site service.

What's included in the Raise3D Premium Contract?

The Premium Contract offers the comfort of an annual on-site maintenance by an expert of Distrinova Service Center. Together with them, a suiting date is set when our expert visits you for the thorough maintenance.

When your 3D printer needs to be repaired, our expert will come do the repair on-site. If the repair can not be done on-site, we will temporary SWAP your unit with an equal 3D printer. After the repair, we will come on site to SWAP it again.

In the Premium Contract all expenses are included, such as work hours and parts, of all maintenance and repairs that are done under warranty. Also repairs done after extensive use of your 3D printer are part of this all-in price.

All further costs of repairs will be communicated via offer. For these repairs you enjoy a reduced tariff for the work hours by the Distrinova Service Center. These reduced costs are € 65,00 (ex. vat) instead of € 95,00 (ex. vat) per hour during office hours. Outside office hours, these costs are € 95,00 (ex. vat) instead of € 120,00 (ex. vat) per hour.

To guarantee the progress of your professional activities at all times, we ensure that we will offer a SWAP unit within 2 work days of your problem, if the on-site repair can not offer a solution. This SWAP unit will be installed on-site by an expert of Distrinova Service Center.

Distrinova Service Center can be reached both via telephone and e-mail during office hours. In both cases, our experts will help you further to guarantee the best comfort possible.

This Premium Contract is a contract for multiple years. The standard duration of this contract is one year, with automatic annual renewal until maximum 3 years after the purchase of your 3D printer. That way you enjoy of the prolonged warranty up until 3 years after your purchase.

To guarantee a long and correct operation of your 3D printer, we will fulfill an annual maintenance of your 3D printer. Possible repairs during this maintenance will be done after mutual agreement. We will contact you when your 3D printer is ready for its annual maintenance. After mutual consultation, a date for this maintenance is set with Distrinova Service Center.

By closing the extended warranty contract, you are protected against unforseen costs for one additional year. This way you can claim the guaranteed warranty for 2 years.

Distrinova Service Center can be reached both via telephone and e-mail during office hours. In both cases, our experts will help you further to guarantee the best comfort possible.

If you have a service contract, you receive the advantage of prioritized support. This means that your case is being processed within 2 hours by an expert of Distrinova Service Center, instead of the normal 4 hours.

The "Comfort Service Plan" unburdens you of the possible surprises a frequent use of your 3D printer may entail. This service plan, based on preventive maintenance, a good guidance and concrete follow-up guarantee you the continuity and ensures you and your employees the trust of a non-stop operating 3D printer. We do this by sending you a temporary replacement 3D printer when your 3D printer is due for maintenance, or when it needs to be repaired. The swap unit is shipped together with the flight case.

What's included in the Ultimaker Comfort Service Plan?

"The repair costs during office hours are € 65,00 (ex. VAT) in stead of € 95,00 (ex. VAT). The repair costs outside of the office hours are € 95,00 (ex. VAT) in stead of € 120,00 (ex. VAT).

To these costs, all repairs for warranty claims are included. Parts that are not under warranty will be communicated through an offer."

To ship your 3D printer on the safest way possible, we will send the swap unit in a strong flight case. You can send your unit back to the Service Center, when it is registered for a maintenance or needs repairs. In this Basic Service Plan, all shipping costs are covered.

With a maximum period of 5 workdays between arrival at the Service Center and the shipment back to you, we guarantee a limited downtime of your 3D printer.

The Service Center will contact you via mail when your 3D printer is due for maintenance. Together with them, a concrete date for the maintenance is agreed upon.

Because we want to limit the downtime of your 3D printer and your activities, we will send a replacement unit within 2 workdays after you have enregistered the problem with the Service Center and if the problem analyses of the Service Center can not offer a fast solution.
