The CraftBot Flow Generation 3D printers combine a variety of qualities, that will lead to the most optimal results possible for each solution. From small to extra-large solutions, the Flow Generation offers a solution.
The CraftBot Flow IDEX XL is a dual extruder plug and play 3D printer that combines a big build volume with reliable results, a multitude of possible materials and so much more.
Independent Dual Extrusion
In comparison to most dual extruder FDM 3D printers, the CraftBot Flow IDEX XL works with an independent dual extrusion system. This system has both print heads aligned separately on the machine, allowing it to work separately or together. This lets you combine the big build volume with a multitude of possibilities. You can combine multiple materials, multiple colors, a base and a support material or you can print the same print twice (in one material – parallel mode) or mirror it (mirror-mode).
The CraftBot Flow IDEX XL has a semi-automatic calibration, for optimized accuracy. By following a preset plan, your 3D printer will ask for your assistance when calibrating. The 3D printer itself will check both the XY and Z-axis for calibration and provides you with clear instructions on the LCD screen. That way, you can rapidly start your printing experience.
Pause your print
The internal memory of the CraftBot Flow IDEX XL allows you to pause the print when you see you are running out of material, or when you want to switch colors. Even so, the machine will remember the exact spot it was during a blackout, so you won’t lose time or material when such a thing occurs.
A unique print bed
The composition of the print bed of the Flow Generations 3D printers Is unique. It consists of 2 parts. The first part, a metal-glass part provides the firmness and quality. The second part is a thin flexible plate that has a Kapton surface. This thin plate is easily removable and lets you remover your parts faster than ever before.
IoT Web Interface
A Predator motherboard, an internal memory of 4 GB and a strong working Raspberry Pi have your CraftBot Flow IDEX XL 3D printer face the Industry 4.0 without problems. The interface on the LCD touchscreen is identical to the online interface, allowing you to handle your 3D printer both online and on the machine. This creates a faster connectivity and an easier printing process.
A Firm base
As important as all the rest is the base of the machine. The firm, robust metal frame offers reliability when printing, whatever the size may be. The all metal hotend also has an improved cooling system to isolate the melt zone. And with the Direct Drive extrusion system, all of this allows you to print an extensive range of materials.
5 Years Warranty
Next to all of this, CraftUnique also offers an exceptional warranty period of 5 years or 5000 printing hours.
